Upon entering I was greeted by a very kind gracious man and I provided him a receipt for picking up of items. There was a lady at the counter who said that was too long of time that it passed and I said but my receipts that I have until the end of january. After waiting a few minutes he came back stating that he was unable to find one of our items. At that point he started providing some additional options when the lady at the counter interrupted and told us that she was not going to provide options for something that we had waited that long to pick up. She told me that they would find it and I would have to come back. At that point I told her that was not an option that I did not live in town and she simply said she would mail it to us. At that point I asked how's your policy changed? And she said that it had in between the time that I was there and clearly the first of the year. At that point I tried to explain to her that had I understood that I had less time to come and pick it up I would never have waited so long but the receipt said that I had until the end of january. She completely dismissed me and was entirely rude over a policy that changed after I was there. I think it's absolutely ludicrous that anybody walk into a business and be treated that way. She was blatantly and utterly rude and for that reason I will never go back.
